Abstract

The objectives of this research was to determine the effect of service, price, promotion, and location on customer satisfaction at Kedai Kha’s Simbarwaringin. The method that used in this research is a quantitative method. This research used descriptive research. The subject of this research was customer satisfaction at Kedai Kha’s Simbarwaringin. The data analysis technique used were Primary Data and Secondary Data.

The results of this study indicated that only Service that has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Kedai Kha’s Simbarwaringin. This research is expected to provide references and an overview of customer satisfaction assessments using Primary and Secondary Data.
