Pengaruh variasi massa roller dan secondary sheave spring CVT terhadap torsi, daya dan konsumsi bahan bakar pada motor Scoopy 110 cc tahun 2023
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of variations in roller mass and secondary sheave spring on torque, power, and specific fuel consumption produced on a 2023 Scoopy 110 cc motorcycle. This study uses an experimental method with tools used in testing including a dynotest to measure torque and power, as well as specific fuel consumption added with a stopwatch and measuring cup. The variations in roller mass used are 11 grams, 13 grams, and 15 grams. Meanwhile, the variations in secondary sheave spring used are 1000 rpm, 1200 rpm, and 1500 rpm. Testing was carried out at an engine speed range of 4500 rpm to 7000 rpm. The results showed that the best combination to produce the highest torque was the use of an 11 gram roller with a 1200 rpm secondary sheave spring, which was able to produce a maximum torque of 8.66 N.m at an engine speed of 6500 rpm. Meanwhile, the highest power was achieved with the combination of a 15 gram roller and a 1500 rpm secondary sheave spring, which was 8.02 hp at 7000 rpm. The combination of an 11 gram roller and a 1200 rpm secondary sheave spring produced the most efficient specific fuel consumption of 0.063 kg/hp at 6500 rpm.
