Analisis Risiko Kecelakaan Kerja Pada Area Galian Proyek Bendungan Menggunakan Metode Hirarc
Abstract
The construction sector in Indonesia is growing rapidly, but has a high level of work accident risk, with a contribution of 32% of the total 289,000 work accident cases every year. In the period January–May 2024, 162,327 cases of work accidents were recorded, most of which involved wage earners (91.83%). Key factors include workers' lack of knowledge, skills and understanding, as well as individual aspects such as age, education and work behavior. The dam construction project is one of the main focuses, especially at the excavation stage which has the potential for high risk. This research uses the HIRARC method to identify, assess and control the risk of accidents in excavation areas. The aim of the research is to determine the risk level of workers and provide recommendations for effective risk control. It is hoped that the research results can improve work safety, productivity, and prevent negative impacts such as accidents, disabilities, or deaths that could be detrimental to workers and project holders
