Analisis Kinerja Pendamping Fasilitator Pada Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) Terhadap Pengentasan Kemiskinan Ekstrem Di Desa Serungkuk, Kabupaten Lampung Barat

Abstract

This study aimed at knowing how the performance of the co-facilitators in the Self-Subsistent Housing Stimulant Aids Program for the Extreme Poverty Alleviation in Serungkuk Village, West Lampung Regency. The performance of the co-facilitators in the SSHSA program itself is expected to increase the willingness of the community for those who do not know yet about the importance of handling extreme poverty. It was a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The collected data were yielded through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique applied reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on these, the results of the study showed that performance of the co-facilitators and the role of the Directorate General of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing in raising public awareness regarding to the extreme poverty alleviation have been well implemented, but there should be several things need to be improved such as to provide good supporting infrastructure so that the communication between co-facilitators and the villagers can be held at any time. Furthermore, the aids quota addition for the local recipients at Serungkuk Village in West Lampung Regency has to be increased, so that the extreme poverty is no longer exists.
