Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Gaya Kepemimpinan Sebagai Variabel Moderating (Studi Pada Kominfo Kota Metro)
Abstract
Based on the recap of absences for Metro City Kominfo employees in 2022, it can be seen in the
absentee recap that the average employee in a year has an absentee level or no information
which still tends to be high. Therefore agencies can provide motivation to employees in the form
of appreciation, bonuses and leave so that employees always increase discipline in doing their
work. This study has the objectives, namely to find out whether work motivation influences
employee performance, to find out whether work discipline affects employee performance, to find
out whether motivation influences employee performance with leadership style as a moderating
variable, to find out whether work discipline affects employee performance with leadership style
as a moderating variable. The samples of this research were Kominfo employees of Metro City
as many as 42 employees. Data collection used a questionnaire, data analysis used a Validity
Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Linearity Test, Homogeneity Test and Regression Analysis
with the Causal Step Method with the proggram (SPSS25). The result showed that there was a positive and significant effect of motivation on the performance of Metro City Kominfo
employees. There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on the performance of
Metro City Kominfo employees. There is a positive and significant effect of motivation on
employee performance with leadership style as a moderating variable. There is a positive and
significant effect of work discipline on employee performance with leadership style as a
