Analisis Efektivitas Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) Dalam Menyediakan Rumah Layak Huni Di Desa Talonang Baru Kecamatan Sekongkang Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Effectiveness Self-Help Housing
Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) in providing livable houses in Talonang Baru Village,
Sekongkang Regency District, West Sumbawa. Self-help Housing Stimulant Assistance
(BSPS) is Government assistance for low-income people to encourage and increase self-
reliance in improving the quality of houses and building new houses along with
infrastructure, facilities, and public utilities. A Livable House is a house that meets four
indicators including building resilience, adequacy of living area, access to adequate drinking
water, and access to proper sanitation. This type of research is qualitative descriptive
research. In collecting research data using interview, observation, and documentation
techniques. The results of this study show that the implementation of the Self-Help Housing
Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) program in Talonang Baru Village, Sekongkang District, West
Sumbawa Regency has gone quite well. Including target accuracy, target fulfillment, and
program implementation supervision
