Abstract
Based on the company's observations in maintaining positive behavior among employees is something that is important if the company can increase the positive behavior or Organizational Citizenship Behavior of its employees, then the company will get its own benefits. The work carried out by employees can be carried out effectively and quickly completed so that it can increase company productivity. On the contrary, if the company cannot make employees behave positively, it can cause productivity levels to decrease for the company. on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Work Motivation. The sample of this research are employees of PT. ASDP South Lampung as many as 75 employees. Data collection used a questionnaire, and data analysis used a Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Linearity Test and Regression Significance and Path 2 Substructural Analysis with the program (SPSS 20). The results showed that there was a direct effect of Organizational Climate and Employee Interest on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, there was a direct effect of Organizational Climate and Employee Interest on Motivation, and there was a direct effect of Work Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
