Abstract

This research aims to find out about intercultural strategies and training needs for expatriate
development for human resource development. The method used in this research is a
Systematic Literature Review. The writing in this research uses several articles to collect
data. This data is intended to look at intercultural strategies, training needs for expatriate
development, human resource development, so there are many insights regarding the field of
intercultural strategy, training needs for expatriate development, human resource
development which in implementation is still not yet mature, so that companies or
