Abstract

Employee performance is the result of efforts made by an employee in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of his work. Employee performance also greatly influences the success and achievements of an organization. With good employee performance, an organization will feel a positive impact. Achieving an organizational goal is not only supported by technological factors but also by human resources. Apart from that, employee performance can also be influenced by several factors such as compensation and work environment. In this research, there are still several obstacles related to providing non-financial compensation as well as an unsupportive work environment. Therefore, this research aims to find out whether compensation has a direct effect on employee performance, the work environment has a direct effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a direct effect on employee performance. The sample used in the research took all 72 employees at the Communications and Information Service Office. Data collection uses questionnaires, documentation and literature study, while data analysis uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Linearity Test, Homogeneity Test, and Path Analysis using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this research show that there is a positive influence and significant Compensation on Employee Performance, positive and significant influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance, positive and significant influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance.
