Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of Service Quality and Credit Payment System on the decision to purchase glasses at Optik Livina North Raman Branch. This research uses quantitative research. The sample used in this research was 70 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. Data processing in this research uses the SPSS version 26 program. With the results, Service Quality has a significant and significant influence on the decision to purchase glasses at Optik Livina North Raman Branch, the Credit Payment System has a significant and significant influence on the decision to purchase glasses at Optik Livina North Raman Branch, Service Quality and The Credit Payment System together has a significant influence on the decision to purchase glasses at Optik Livina North Raman Branch.
