Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Beban Kerja, dan Displin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Instalasi Gizi RSUD Jendral Ahmad Yani Kota Metro
Abstract
Field findings revealed a lack of work discipline due to inconsistent workload and motivation, leading to employee delays. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, workload, and work discipline on the performance of employees in the Nutrition Department at General Ahmad Yani Regional Hospital. This research was quantitative. The explanatory survey method used simple random sampling, selecting 30 employees from a total of 41 employees in the Nutrition Department at General Ahmad Yani Regional Hospital. An 80-item Likert-scale questionnaire was used as a measurement tool, and multiple regression analysis was used. The results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Nutrition Department at General Ahmad Yani Regional Hospital in Metro City, with the most influential indicator being persistence. Workload had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Nutrition Department at General Ahmad Yani Regional Hospital in Metro City, with the most influential indicator being targets to be achieved. Work discipline has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in the Nutrition Installation Department at General Ahmad Yani Regional Hospital, Metro City, with attendance being the most influential indicator. Work motivation, workload, and work discipline collectively have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in the Nutrition Installation Department at General Ahmad Yani Regional Hospital, Metro City.
