Pengaruh Reputasi dan Kualitas Informasi Aplikasi TIX ID Terhadap Minat Beli Tiket Bioskop Online di XXI Mall Kartini Bandar Lampung
Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the influence of the reputation and quality of information on the TIX ID application on interest in buying online cinema tickets at XXI Mall Kartini Bandar Lampung. Using quantitative research, used to research certain populations or samples. In this research, the sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique, where the sample is determined based on spontaneity and according to characteristics. Data collection uses instruments in the form of interviews, questionnaires and library research. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and the results obtained are: 1) the reputation of the TIX ID application influences interest in buying online cinema tickets 2) the quality of information in the TIX ID application influences interest in buying online cinema tickets 3) there is an influence between reputation and information quality TIX ID application simultaneously or together for interest in buying cinema tickets online
