Analisis Kebijakan Dan Strategi Pengembangan Pasar Tradisional Dalam Mendorong Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Masyarakat
Abstract
In an effort to increase community economic growth, there are several policies and development strategies that can be implemented so that the market has large and maximum potential in supporting community economic growth. The 24 Tejo Agung Traditional Market is an example of a market that has good potential, this can be seen from the well implemented policies and development strategies. The aim of this research is to find out what policies and development strategies can be implemented to increase the economic growth of society by identifying matters related to internal factors which include strengths and weaknesses, as well as external factors which include opportunities and threats. This research uses qualitative methods, with data collection techniques carried out by interviews with several traders and observation. The data obtained was analyzed using SWOT which includes the IFAS, EFAS, IE matrix and SWOT matrix methods. The results of this research show that the marketing strategy at the 24 Tejo Agung Traditional Market is in quadrant I, where the quadrant is located between strengths and opportunities. This is a very profitable situation, the market has opportunities and advantages so it can take advantage of existing opportunities.
