Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance which is moderated by the work environment. This research uses quantitative research, the population in this research is employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Metro using a sample of 49 employees. The data was processed using the SPSS version 26 data program. The results of this research show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment as a moderating variable is able to strengthen organizational culture on the performance of PT.PLN employees (Persero) UP3 Metro and the work environment as moderating variables are able to strengthen the influence of organizational commitment on the performance of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Metro employees.
