Pengaruh Penjualan Online dan Offline Belanja di Alfamart Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Alfamart Imopuro Kota Metro
Abstract
This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of online and offline sales on customer satisfaction at Alfamart Imopuro Metro City. To determine the effect of online and offline sales on customer satisfaction at Alfamart Imopuro Metro City. To find out and analyze product quality which moderates the influence of customer satisfaction at Alfamart Imopuro Metro City. This research uses quantitative research, the sample in this study was 75 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, data analysis uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Linearity Test, Homogeneity Test, Equality Test, T Test, F Test, R Determination Test and Statistical Hypothesis Test. Using data processing program SPSS version 26. With results 1. Online sales have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. 2. Offline sales have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. 3. Online and offline sales have acceptable value, have a positive effect on customer satisfaction.
