Strategi Pemasaran Dalam Mendukung Pertumbuhan Penjualan Produk
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy of Rumah Cantik Tian in increasing sales and facing similar business competition. This research uses SWOT analysis calculations (IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT Matrix) and QSPM matrix. The type of research carried out was quantitative descriptive. From the research results, it is known that internal factors are providing affordable prices and having modern treatment tools to increase sales and external factors are improving modern services to meet teenagers' needs for skin cleanliness. Rumah Cantik Tian is in cell II position, namely grow and build. Based on the results of the QSPM matrix analysis, it was found that the TAS value was that the company provided modern and quality services, increased more intense promotion offline and online, and expanded cooperation to introduce products.
