Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karywan Dengan Gaya Kepemimpinan Sebagai Variabel Moderasi
Abstract
Based on the sales target recap at the Muhammadiyah Business Center for 2023, the products sold each month have not reached the set target. This shows that the performance of employees at the Muhammadiyah Business Center is not optimal. Therefore, companies can provide motivation to employees in the form of giving appreciation, bonuses and leave so that employees always improve their performance in doing their work. This research aims to find out whether work motivation influences employee performance, to find out whether job satisfaction influences employee performance, to find out whether motivation influences employee performance with leadership style as a moderating variable, to find out whether job satisfaction influences employee performance with leadership style. leadership as a moderating variable. The sample for this research was 35 Muhammadiyah business center employees. Data collection used a questionnaire, data analysis used Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Linearity Test, Homogeneity Test and Regression Analysis using the Causal Step Method with the program (SPSS 26). The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on the performance of Muhammadiyah Business Center employees. There is a positive and significant influence of job satisfaction on the performance of Muhammadiyah Business Center employees. There is a positive and significant influence of motivation on employee performance with leadership style as a moderating variable. There is a positive and significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance with leadership style as a moderating variable.
