Pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Penerapan K3 (Kesehatan Dan Keselamatan Kerja)

Abstract

Good and satisfactory performance from employees is an achievement that must be achieved by a company because the better the performance obtained, it will also be beneficial for the development of the company. Usually, good performance is also encouraged by the existence of work facilities, a good work environment and also the level of implementation of K3 implemented in the company. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the direct influence between work facilities, work environment, and the implementation of k3 on employee performance. The sample in this study is 50 people which is the total number of existing employees. The data collection used is by observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature, and documentation. while data analysis uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test. Linearity Test, Homogeneity Test, and Path Analysis using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence of Work Facilities on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant influence of the implementation of K3 on Employee Performance.
