Pengaruh Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Dan Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Bandar Lampung
Abstract
A company always hopes to achieve better progress. To achieve this goal, the company will
try to improve employee performance. To improve employee performance, it is necessary to
implement detailed guidelines and provide compensation for the contribution given. Research
has been conducted regarding the Effect of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and
incentives on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Taspen Bandar Lampung. This research
used a quantitative approach to test the stated hypothesis. In this study, the paper used a
closed questionnaire, namely a questionnaire where the answers were already available. The
respondent just had to choose the answer according to the question. In this study, the
population consisted of all employees at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Bandar Lampung, of
which there were 44 employees. The sampling technique was a saturated sample where all
members of the population were sampled. Data processing was carried out through
tabulation and carried out validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, and
multicollinearity tests. The data analysis used multiple linear regression techniques. The
hypothesis used a t-test and F-test. The research results showed that the standard operational
procedure variables (SOP) and incentives partially and simultaneously have a positive effect
on employee performance
