Product availability which includes stable supplies, easy access to purchases, product completeness, and equitable distribution are also important factors in driving purchasing decisions. This study aim</em><em>ed</em><em> to examine the impact of several factors that affect stock underpricing when companies conduct IPOs on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The time span of this research </em><em>wa</em><em>s 2019 to 2022. The factors studied in this study </em><em>we</em><em>re Underwriter Reputation, Company Size and Financial Leverage. This research use</em><em>d</em><em> a quantitative approach, where data </em><em>were</em><em> collected and analyzed statistically. This research data analysis use</em><em>d</em><em> multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling method used purposive sampling with several criteria in accordance with the research objectives and obtained 6 companies as samples from a population of 9 companies. In this study the author chose a banking company as the object of research. This research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive research method that aimed to find out what stocks were included in the optimal portfolio candidate and also to find out how much the proportion of each stock was, then to find out the return and risk that will be received. The population used in this study were 47 banking stocks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2023. Based on the analysis that the author had done by calculating using the formula on Ms excel, , there were 11 stocks that were optimal portfolio candidates, namely Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk, Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk, Bank Victoria International Tbk, Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk, Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Bank Central Asia Tbk, Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk, and Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk. Of the 11 companies, the proportion of each selected stock was BNGA with the highest of 0.2655 (26.5%), then BBHI of 0.1412 (14.1%), BRIS of 0.1207 (12.1%), BBCA 0.1102 (11.0%), AGRO by 0.0822 (8.2%), BMRI by 0.0764 (7.6%), PNBN by 0.0583 (5.8%), BVIC by 0.0546 (5.5%), BNII by 0.0466 (4.7%), BBNI by 0.0398 (4.0%), and PNBS by 0.0045 (0.4%). The type of research used in this study was to use qualitative research methods. More precisely, descriptive qualitative which aimed to make rekomendy a platform for fashion product recommendations for gen z. Furthermore, the researcher himself was the researcher, who play the role of CEO of the recommendation. The data sources we got from two things, namely; primary, which was sourced directly from the recommendation platform, and secondary, which was sourced from data collected directly by researchers. The data collection technique itself uses several techniques, including; Observation is direct observation of the research object, interviews directed to look for information from 27 random people, and documentation sources from previous research. The results of the study showed that recommendations can be a solution for Gen Z in finding fashion products online. The population in this study was the owner and employees of Belleza Kedaton Hospital with the positions of unit head to director, totaling 8 respondents using saturated sampling, namely a sample determination technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The data collection technique was carried out by conducting interviews and questionnaires. Meanwhile, the technical data analysis used is SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) and uses IFAS and EFAS tables. This research uses a literature review method by analyzing 15 relevant scientific articles, published between 2015-2023. The research results show that the Islamic school environment has a positive influence on the development of students' entrepreneurial spirit through the integration of Islamic values with entrepreneurial principles, a supportive curriculum, practical programs, and character development. Contributing factors include the integration of Islamic values, entrepreneurship curriculum, internship programs, entrepreneurial character development, use of learning technology, and support from alumni networks. This research concludes that Islamic schools in Lampung play an important role in forming a generation of young entrepreneurs who are ethical and innovative.
