One important aspect that needs to be considered in the educational process is determining students' interests and talents. Determining students' interests and talents is essential because it does not only focus on cognitive aspects, but also opens space for the development of students' emotional and creative aspects. Therefore, a deep understanding of students' interests and talents is crucial to provide the right direction in the learning process. This study used a qualitative research type that aimed to make an important contribution to understanding the role of socialization in the context of educational marketing and also highlights the importance of a good relationship between educational institutions and educational service providers. The results showed that socialization had proven to be an effective marketing strategy for PT Pilihanmu Indonesia Jaya in attracting schools' interest in the major choice program offered. Variations in the level of priority given by schools show varying levels of interest, with schools in category A showing the highest interest. The reasons researchers conducted research that only focused on permanent employees included continuity and stability, relationship with the company, level of skills and experience, legal protection and job security. its influence on the organization. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. The research data source is the subject from which the data can be obtained. If researchers use observation, interviews and documentation in collecting data. The assessment elements used use the RSU Muhammadiyah Metro personnel application by filling in the personnel assessment form created by Human Resources Management (SDI). Based on the results of this assessment, there is a division of values, namely Al Islam Muhammadiyah (AIK) and competency. For the AIK score, there were 31 permanent employees who received a score with a special status, 154 employees with a good score, 25 employees with a fair score and only 1 employee with a poor score. This re-search employs the SWOT analysis method (IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT Matrix) and the QSPM matrix. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of calculations using the IFE matrix, the company obtained a total score of 3.08. A total score above 2.5 indicates that the company's internal position is strong and capable of leveraging its strengths to overcome weakness-es. Sempol Ayam Jawara had opened a branch in West Tulang Bawang Regency and collaborated with a business partner in East Lampung Regency but stopped operating due to relatively low sales. Sempol Ayam Jawara also faced a number of competitors who often offered variations of sempol and sauces and set very low prices, leading to unfair price competition. The business also faces problems related to spikes in raw material prices at certain times, which affect the size of production costs and profits earned. In addition, this chicken sempol business tends to be easily imitated due to its simple concept and common production materials. This study aims to determine the condition of Sempol Ayam Jawara business based on internal and external factors and find the right business strategy to be implemented by Sempol Ayam Jawara business. This research describes qualitative descriptive research. Qualitative research is intended to understand social phenomena from the angle or perspective of informants (Siyoto and Sodik, 2015: 14). Sempol Ayam Jawara business is in cell V (Growth) which offers a concentration strategy through horizontal integration. The purpose of this study was to determine how cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover and quick rasio, and their influence so that they have an impact on the profitability of the Saema Jaya Snack Kelanting Factory in 2020-2022. This type of research is descriptive research using a quantitative approach and using secondary data, namely data obtained from the Kelanting Saema Jaya Snack Factory in Central Lampung in the form of financial statement attachments and from books, and other sources relevant to this research which will assist in processing the factory financial data obtained. The data analysis technique used in this research is working capital ratio and multiple regression analysis because it uses time series data. The results showed that cash turnover was quite volatile and had a significant negative effect on profitability. Accounts receivable turnover is quite stable and has no effect on profitability. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, workload, and work discipline on the performance of employees in the Nutrition Department at General Ahmad Yani Regional Hospital. This research was quantitative. The explanatory survey method used simple random sampling, selecting 30 employees from a total of 41 employees in the Nutrition Department at General Ahmad Yani Regional Hospital. An 80-item Likert-scale questionnaire was used as a measurement tool, and multiple regression analysis was used. The results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Nutrition Department at General Ahmad Yani Regional Hospital in Metro City, with the most influential indicator being persistence. The method used was a quantitative approach, namely by interview or questionnaire. In this study, the data analysis technique was validity testing, reliability testing. Testing the requirements for normality analysis, linearity testing and regression significance, homogeneity testing. Testing the analysis model of multiple regression analysis, T test, F test, R2 interpretation test. The results showed that consumer perception and attitude have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Consumers who have a positive perception of product quality, price, and service tend to be more confident in making purchases. In addition, a positive attitude formed from experience and trust in the brand contributes to purchasing decisions.
