Focus and Scope
Edunomia: Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Ekonomi is a peer-reviewed international journal dedicated to publishing original research and review articles in the field of economic education. The journal aims to advance knowledge and foster intellectual discussions on various aspects of economic education, pedagogy, and learning innovations. Edunomia welcomes contributions from researchers, scholars, and educators worldwide on topics including, but not limited to:

- Contemporary issues and research developments in economic education
- Innovations in pedagogy, curriculum design, teaching methods, and educational technology in economic education
- Evaluation and assessment of economic teaching methodologies, learning attitudes, and instructional materials
- Economic education across different levels of education (early childhood, primary, secondary, higher education, and lifelong learning)
- Formal, non-formal, and informal education in economics
- Reports on trends, policies, and events affecting economic education at national and international levels

All submissions undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the publication of high-quality, impactful research. The journal encourages interdisciplinary perspectives and seeks to bridge gaps between research, policy, and practice in economic education.

Types of Articles
Edunomia publishes two main types of articles:

1. Research Articles: These articles present original research findings in economic education, providing clear research objectives, methodologies, results, and conclusions. Research articles should contribute to the development of new theories, methodologies, or empirical insights relevant to the field. Manuscripts should not exceed 10,000 words, including references.

2. Review Articles: These articles offer a comprehensive synthesis of existing literature on specific topics in economic education. Review articles critically analyze past research, identify knowledge gaps, and propose future research directions. The typical length for review articles is less than 12,000 words, including references.

Publication Frequency
Edunomia is published biannually, with issues released in May and November each year. The journal strives to maintain timely publication schedules to ensure the dissemination of high-quality research.

Language
All manuscripts submitted to Edunomia must be written in English. Authors should use clear and concise language, adhering to proper grammar and academic writing standards.

Open Access Policy
Edunomia is an open-access journal, committed to providing free and unrestricted access to all published articles. The journal believes in the importance of knowledge dissemination and aims to make research in economic education widely accessible to scholars, educators, policymakers, and students worldwide.

Publication Charges
To support the journal’s operations, a publication fee of USD 150 is charged upon manuscript acceptance. This fee covers editorial processes, peer review, and online publication. Authors will be informed of the payment process upon acceptance of their manuscript.

Copyright and Licensing
Edunomia follows an open-access policy under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), allowing unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction of published articles with proper attribution to the original work. Authors retain the copyright of their work while granting Edunomia the right to publish and disseminate their research.

Ownership and Management
Edunomia is owned and managed by the Economic Education Study Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. The journal receives institutional support to ensure its sustainability and high publication standards.

Revenue Sources
Edunomia’s revenue sources include article processing charges (APCs), institutional funding, and academic sponsorships. All revenue sources are transparently managed and do not influence editorial decisions, ensuring the integrity and credibility of published research.

Advertising Policy
Edunomia accepts relevant academic and educational advertisements, including those related to conferences, workshops, and research tools. Advertisements do not influence editorial decisions and are displayed separately from the journal’s scientific content.

Direct Marketing
The journal employs ethical direct marketing practices to promote its mission, ensuring transparency and respect for data privacy. Outreach efforts focus on engaging researchers and scholars interested in economic education while maintaining compliance with data protection regulations.

Journal History
