STUDI KORELASI PENERAPAN PROJECT MARKET DAY DENGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN ROLE PLAYING TERHADAP LITERASI NUMERASI
Abstract
Mathematics learning used to develop numeracy literacy skills for students. The level of numeracy literacy can affect the success of mathematics learning. Based on observations and interviews known that students' numeracy literacy skills tend to be low so that learning mathematics was not achieved success as indicated by the low results of students' learning mathematics. So, innovation is needed in mathematics learning through the application of market day projects with role playing learning models. This research is a quantitative study with a correlational approach. This research was be held in SD 5 Jepang, Mejobo, Kudus with the research sample being all students in 4th grade amount 35 students. Data collection used test and non-test through observation. The instrument consists of an observation sheets of implementation market day project with role playing learning models and numeracy literacy test questions. The data analysis are normality test, linearity test, and correlational hypothesis testing using multiple correlations. The results obtain rcount value of 0.791 > rtable value 0,334. The correlation coefficient valiue of 0,791 indicates that the relationship is in a stong level. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the implementation of market day project with role playing learning models on students' numeracy literacy skills. The ability of the project market day with role playing models in influencing numeracy literacy is in medium category whit a percentage coefficient 62,6%. The suggestion in this study is teachers can carry out mathemathic learning which facilitates students to develop numeract literacy skills.
