HANDMADE CRAFT PRODUCTION GUIDANCE HAMPERS BOX IN BANJAR REJO VILLAGE BATANGHARI EAST LAMPUNG

Abstract

As the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia grows, packaging crafts, one of which is box baskets, has become a profitable business opportunity. Facing the increasingly advanced development of the laundry business with a growing number of enthusiasts, starting this activity does not require a large amount of capital. Box baskets are also frequently ordered during certain occasions such as religious holidays such as Eid al-Fitr and Christmas, weddings, engagements, cuttings, births, and graduations. The results of the study were conducted at Mr. Karyono's house located on Jl. Ki Hajar Dewantara, SMK Taruna Bumi Gang, Menur 2 Hamlet, RT/RW 16 Mei, Banjar Rejo Village, Batang Hari District, East Lampung Regency, Lampung Province on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM WIB. The interns were students living near Mr. Karyono's house. Based on the analysis of responses to the entrepreneurship questionnaire distributed to 13 training participants, 90.9% (10 people) responded very positively to the training and 9.1% (1 participant) responded positively to this active training. They hope that the same training can be continued in the future. The purpose of holding this Entrepreneur role is: Knowing the right techniques to change the way of making Hampers Boxes dance, Knowing the marketing strategy for promoting Box Hampers to be popular in the community and Social Networks to be more familiar. Method In the startup program implementation process, it is divided into two stages, before and after the proposal. Pre-proposal includes company identification and team preparation, and post-proposal includes product design, production, marketing, evaluation, and reporting
