RUMAH BELAJAR CERIA: INCREASING CHILDREN'S MOTIVATION AND ACADEMIC UNDERSTANDING THROUGH INTERACTIVE LEARNING
Abstract
Rumah Belajar Ceria is a community service program that aims to increase children's interest in learning and academic skills in Rukun Warga (RW) 03 Mulyojati Village, Metro City. This program is motivated by low learning motivation and limited access to tutoring for children in the environment. This activity is carried out with an interactive learning method that involves a personal approach, ice-breaking, educational games, and assistance in understanding school material. During the program, the children showed increased enthusiasm and participation in learning. The evaluation was carried out through direct observation and feedback from participants and parents. The results of the activity show that this program is effective in increasing children's motivation to learn and understand academic materials. The sustainability of the program is expected to be strengthened through collaboration with schools and local communities
