Copyright

Authors retain copyright in their work published in DECODING Jurnal Mahasiswa KPI. Copyright transfer to the journal or publisher is not required as a condition of publication.

1. PUBLISHING AUTHORISATION

Authors grant DECODING Jurnal Mahasiswa KPI the right of first journal publication and authorise Media Digital Publikasi Indonesia to publish, distribute, index, disseminate, and preserve the article under the publication license.

This authorisation does not create an embargo or exclusive restriction on author sharing. Disclosed preprints remain permitted under Preprint Policy, and deposit rights are specified in Repository / Preservation.

2. IDENTIFICATION OF RIGHTS HOLDERS

Published articles identify their copyright holder and publication license. Authors must disclose relevant employer, institutional, or third-party rights and obtain any authorisation needed for publication.

Rights in separately credited third-party material remain with the respective rights holders. Article copyright is distinct from copyright in website design, logos, software, and other site materials.
