Starting November 2026, Articles Must Be in English
Before submitting your manuscript to Edunomia: Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Ekonomi, authors are encouraged to review the following guidelines carefully. These points are designed to ensure consistency, maintain academic quality, and support a smooth review and publication process.
1. English Policy and Reference Requirements
Starting from Volume 7 Number 1 (November 2026), all articles published in Edunomia must be written in English. Authors are required to include a minimum of 25 references, with priority given to international journal articles published within the last 10 years. References from Indonesian sources should not exceed 20% of the total references, manuscripts that do not meet this requirement may be rejected.
2. Reference Management and Submission Requirements
For reference management, authors are strongly encouraged to use applications such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote, and apply the APA 6th Edition citation style. Each submitted manuscript must also pass a plagiarism check with a maximum similarity index of 20%. At the time of submission, authors are required to upload two files: (1) the plagiarism check report in PDF format and (2) the manuscript file in DOC or DOCX format.
3. Review Process and Author Communication
A Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will be issued only after the manuscript has successfully passed the review and revision stages. After submission, authors may send a screenshot or provide their paper ID to the Chief Editor for confirmation. If the manuscript has not been processed within one week, authors are advised to contact the Chief Editor via WhatsApp for follow-up.
4. Submission Policy for Indonesian Authors
For Indonesian authors, submissions in Bahasa Indonesia are still accepted. However, once the manuscript is declared accepted, authors are required to translate the article into English. The translation must be carried out by a professional translator, and authors may choose their preferred translation service.
If you experience any difficulties with the online submission system, please contact: Sangidatus Sholiha (082335902853). By following these guidelines, authors can help ensure that their manuscripts meet the journal’s standards and proceed efficiently through the editorial process.
