PERAN INDUSTRI TAS ANYAM PLASTIK SEBAGAI SUMBER PENDAPATAN IBU RUMAH TANGGA DI RT 001 RW 001 DESA PARAS KECAMATAN PANGKUR

Abstract

kali mendorong ibu rumah tangga untuk mencari sumber pendapatan tambahan guna membantu memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan peran industri tas anyam plastik dalam meningkatkan pendapatan ibu rumah tangga di RT 001 RW 001 Desa Paras, Kecamatan Pangkur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kepada ibu-ibu penganyam tas plastik di RT 001 RW 001 Desa Paras, Kecamatan Pangkur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa industri tas anyam plastik memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pendapatan ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Pendapatan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan menganyam tas plastik dapat membantu memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga, seperti kebutuhan sandang, pangan, papan, pendidikan anak, serta kebutuhan penting lainnya. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga memberikan peluang bagi ibu-ibu untuk tetap produktif tanpa harus meninggalkan peran utama mereka dalam keluarga. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa industri tas anyam plastik memiliki peranan penting sebagai sumber pendapatan tambahan bagi ibu-ibu RT 001 RW 001 Desa Paras, Kecamatan Pangkur. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa industri rumah tangga berbasis kerajinan perlu terus dikembangkan karena dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga, memberdayakan perempuan, dan mendukung perekonomian masyarakat desa.

ABSTRACT

Family economic problems often drive housewives to seek additional sources of income to help meet daily needs. This study aims to determine the role of the woven plastic bag industry as a source of income for housewives in RT 001 RW 001, Paras Village, Pangkur District. This study aims to describe the role of the plastic woven bag industry in increasing the income of housewives in RT 001 RW 001, Paras Village, Pangkur District. The results show that the woven plastic bag industry makes a positive contribution to the income of housewives. Income earned from weaving plastic bags can help meet family needs, such as clothing, food, shelter, children's education, and other essential needs. Furthermore, this activity also provides an opportunity for mothers to remain productive without having to abandon their primary role in the family. The conclusion of this study is that the woven plastic bag industry plays an important role as a source of additional income for housewives in RT 001 RW 001, Paras Village, Pangkur District. The implications of this research indicate that craft-based home industries need to be further developed because they can improve family welfare, empower women, and support the rural economy.
