About the Journal

Justice Law is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. The journal serves as an academic platform for the dissemination of high-quality research and scholarly studies in the field of law. Justice Law aims to promote the development of legal science by publishing original research articles that contribute to legal theory, legal practice, and public policy at the national and international levels.

The journal welcomes contributions from academics, researchers, legal practitioners, policymakers, and postgraduate students. Manuscripts submitted to Justice Law should present original works that have not been published or are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Justice Law applies a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure the quality, objectivity, and integrity of every published article. Each manuscript undergoes an initial editorial screening, followed by evaluation by at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript's subject. Editorial decisions are based on originality, scientific merit, methodological soundness, significance, and relevance to the journal's scope.

Justice Law is published biannually, with two issues released each year in January and July.

Justice Law is an open-access journal, providing immediate and unrestricted access to its published content. The journal believes that making research freely available to the public supports the global exchange of knowledge and enhances the dissemination and impact of legal scholarship. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles without financial, legal, or technical barriers, provided that proper attribution is given to the original authors and source.

Justice Law is committed to maintaining high standards of publication ethics and follows internationally recognized principles of scholarly publishing to ensure transparency, academic integrity, and research quality.

By providing an open forum for legal scholarship, Justice Law seeks to foster academic dialogue and encourage innovative legal research that responds to contemporary legal issues at local, national, regional, and global levels.
