1. What the APC Covers

• DOI registration with Crossref
• Copyediting and layout according to the journal template
• Proofreading
• Online publication, hosting, and long-term access

2. Timing of Payment

The APC is invoiced only after the manuscript has been formally accepted. Authors are not asked to pay at submission or during review.

3. Waivers and Discounts

Authors who are unable to pay may apply for a full or partial waiver before acceptance by writing to the editorial office at [email protected] with a brief justification. Requests for waivers are handled by staff not involved in the editorial decision.

4. Refunds

Paid APCs are not refundable once the article has been published. If an accepted article is withdrawn by the journal before publication for reasons not attributable to the authors, the APC is refunded in full.
