A submission is considered complete only when it includes the following:

1. Files

• Anonymised manuscript in the PROFETIK template, with author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, and identifying file properties removed
• Title page containing the title, all author names, affiliations, emails, ORCID iDs (if available), and corresponding author details
• Statement of originality and authorship signed by all authors
• Supplementary files where relevant (instruments, ethical approval or research permits)

2. Metadata in OJS

All authors must be entered in OJS with complete names, affiliations, emails, and country. The title, abstract, keywords, and references must be entered in the metadata fields.

3. Declarations

• Funding statement
• Conflict of interest statement
• Ethical approval or informed consent statement for research involving human participants (including students and teachers)
• Data availability statement
• Declaration of AI use, where applicable

4. Checklist

Before submitting, authors confirm that the manuscript:

• ☐ fits the scope of the journal;
• ☐ follows the PROFETIK template;
• ☐ is within 15 pages;
• ☐ uses APA 7th edition; and
• ☐ has a similarity index within the journal’s threshold (overall no more than 20%).

Incomplete submissions are returned to the author before review.
