PROFETIK publishes its governance information so that authors, readers, and indexing bodies can verify how the journal works.

1. Information Published

• the full names and affiliations of the Editor-in-Chief, editors, and reviewers;
• the owner, publisher, and contact address;
• the peer-review model, decision process, and appeal procedure;
• all author charges and what they cover; and
• copyright, licensing, archiving, and ethics policies.

2. Accuracy

Editorial team listings include only people who have agreed to serve. Names are removed promptly when a person steps down. Indexing claims are displayed only when inclusion has been confirmed.

3. Policy Review

Policies are reviewed at least once a year by the editorial team. Substantive changes are announced on the journal’s Announcements page, with the effective date and, where relevant, the issues to which the change applies.

4. Version Record

Each policy page shows the date of its last revision.
