1. Decision Categories

Decision	Meaning
Accept	The manuscript is accepted with no further scholarly changes.
Minor Revision	Limited corrections; checked by the editor.
Major Revision	Substantial changes; the revised version may be returned to reviewers.
Resubmit for Review	Promising work requiring fundamental restructuring; treated as a new review round.
Decline	The manuscript is not suitable for publication in PROFETIK.

2. Basis of Decision

The handling editor considers all reviewer reports, the authors’ responses, and the journal’s scope. When reviewers disagree, the editor may invite an additional reviewer. The final decision is issued by the Editor-in-Chief or a delegated, non-conflicted editor.

3. Communication

Decisions are communicated through OJS with the reviewers’ comments and, where relevant, an editorial explanation.

4. Acceptance and Payment

The Article Processing Charge is invoiced only after acceptance. Payment does not influence the decision and does not guarantee placement in a specific issue.
