Intellectual Property

1. Respect for Others’ Rights

Authors must ensure that the manuscript does not infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of third parties. Permission must be obtained to reproduce figures, tables, instruments, or extended quotations from other works, and the source must be acknowledged.

2. Authors’ Responsibility

As stated in the author guidelines, any matter concerning permission to quote or the use of software in preparing the manuscript, including possible legal consequences, is the responsibility of the authors.

3. Learning Products

Learning media, modules, or instruments developed in R&D studies remain the intellectual property of their developers. Publication of a description does not transfer ownership of the product to the journal.

4. Journal Identity

The journal name, logo, and design are owned by the publisher and may not be used to imply endorsement without permission.
